RE: Laptop makes beeping sounds when I turn it on. It's a Dell inspiron 11 3000 series it started a couple weeks ago but it didn't do it that often. Now it does it all the time if I turn it off then back on.

My pc monitor keeps going off and when the computer boots up it beeps and the monitor wont turn on properly . however the monitor works fine when attached to another laptop computer. does this mean the graphics card is faulty. also when I boot up the computer it has a long beep then two shorter ones and the monitor won't turn on.
